I have had multiple bad experiences with Physio's before and was reluctant to try one again. However, I've had a serious leg injury and Will and his team were recommended to me. Happily I've been nothing but impressed with him and the set up. Great attitude and quality knowledge. 100% recommend

This was my first physiotherapy appointment at Carter & George, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Will was fantastic—he answered all my questions, clearly explained his assessment, and outlined a thoughtful plan moving forward. His knowledge and approach instantly put me at ease. The service was outstanding, and I’m really glad I chose Carter & George.

My physiotherapist was Molly and she was amazing! Extremely friendly, welcoming and down to earth, which made the appointment a lovely environment and settled all nerves and anxiety. She was very understanding and made the appointment individualised, giving me exercises to do in the meantime before starting manual therapy (which she ensured were suitable for myself) due to my busy schedule, which she worked around without any complaints. Had an amazing experience overall

I had my assessment meeting with Molly today, she made me feel comfortable and explained things really well. She helped make what has been a very stressful time that bit easier. She gave me a clear plan of treatment and exercises to work on moving forward. A friendly face, a relaxed atmosphere and a listening ear. I look forward to completing the rest of the journey and achieving the aims we set for the treatment plan.

Will was very friendly and understood my problem quickly. He listened well to what I had been through, my somewhat unique background with surgeries and was able to give good expert advice which was tailored well to my level of performance and background. My next steps were explained very clearly for me to understand with a supporting document sent to me that I can easily reference during my recovery and follow up visits. Highly recommend this practice and will definitely go back if I have future injuries.
