Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and you’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

However, your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments mean another patient potentially misses out on care and a clinician’s time goes unused.

For this reason, appointments cancelled within 24 hours or not attended are non-refundable.

You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. If you ever need to cancel, creating a MediMo account and cancelling from your account dashboard is the smoothest way. This automatically updates the clinic’s system and triggers your refund (if you’re more than 24 hours out). Refunds can take up to 10 days to process.
