Your own profile page is built to rank for local searches as well, so more of the first page is you. And a promise: for clinics on MediMo, we never bid on your clinic's name in paid ads. We are not trying to take patients who are already looking for you.

- The busiest pages on MediMo are our NHS waiting-times pages, region by region and specialty by specialty. The people reading them are weighing up going private, in your area, and they are one click from your profile.
- AI assistants
- Asking an assistant is fast becoming how people find care near them, and an assistant needs live data to answer. MediMo holds real-time availability across private MSK clinics and makes it available to platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude, so when somebody asks for a physio with a free appointment nearby, the answer can be your diary and a link to book — not a phone number and opening hours. MediMo is in prime position for this, and every listed clinic is included.

Connect your diary
Create your account and link Acuity Scheduling, Cliniko, Nookal, PPS, Pabau, PracticeHub or Setmore — about ten minutes, and we walk you through it. MediMo reads your free times from then on; you keep managing your diary exactly as you do now.

Build your profile
Your services, practitioners and prices come across from your diary, so most of it is done for you. Add a few lines about the clinic, the insurers you accept, parking and access, and tick which services are bookable. Twenty minutes, and your clinic is on a page built to rank and on every MediMo page for the towns you serve.

Patients book and pay
A new patient picks a time and pays. The appointment appears in your diary like any other, labelled MediMo, and your share reaches you straight away through Stripe. From then on they are your patient, and follow-ups are booked with you directly.
What it costs
No fee to list and nothing monthly. You pay a share of the first appointment when MediMo brings you a patient you have never seen before — and only then.
Most marketing is paid for in advance, with no guarantee of a patient and no way of knowing what each one cost you. With MediMo you know what a new patient costs before they book, and it comes out of that first appointment rather than a marketing budget — the patient has paid before you owe a penny.

- New insured patient
- A flat fee, because clinics earn less from insured appointments. Policy and authorisation numbers go into your diary notes.

- Follow-ups are expected to be booked with you, fee-free. If a returning patient does book through MediMo, this covers the card processing.

- Your profile — services and prices, your team with their registrations, live appointment times — is built to rank for local searches such as "physio in your town" and "chiropractor near me", including where your own website doesn't. More of the first page for your area is you, and less of it is a competitor. We never target your clinic's name.

- Only people who booked through MediMo can leave one, so every review is from a real patient. Your Google rating is shown alongside while they build up.
- Insured patients handled
- Patients filter by insurer to find you. Insurer-specific services if you want them, and policy and authorisation numbers written into your diary notes at checkout.

MediMo connects to Acuity Scheduling, Cliniko, Nookal, PPS, Pabau, PracticeHub and Setmore. You keep running your diary as you do now; MediMo reads your free times and adds bookings to it. Acuity Scheduling clinics need to be on Acuity's Premium plan, which is the plan that allows connections like this.

Yes. Add a small backlink to MediMo from your clinic website (text or a badge; the code snippet is in your dashboard) and your commission on new patients is 30% rather than 40%, automatically.

Yes. Refer a practice that joins MediMo and you receive £100 in booking credit once they have been live for 30 days. The credit covers your future MediMo commissions, so you keep 100% of your booking value until it runs out.

We ask the patient during booking whether they have visited your practice before. MediMo then asks your booking system whether the person booking already has a record there, using the details they have just given us, and gets a yes or a no. MediMo never browses, reads or stores your patient list; the only record involved is the person making the booking.

Private medical insurance bookings sit alongside self-pay. Because clinics often earn less from insured appointments, we charge a flat £10 per insured booking instead of a commission.
You choose how to list: insurer-specific appointments (for example "Bupa Physio Assessment") that only insured patients can book, or standard services open to both, with payment skipped at checkout for insured patients. Services that take no upfront payment are invoiced £10 after the booking.
At checkout, insured patients enter their policy number and pre-authorisation number, and both are written into the appointment notes in your diary.

MediMo aggregates real-time appointment availability across private MSK clinics in the UK — live diary data, not directory listings — and publishes it to AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude through MCP (the Model Context Protocol), the open standard the assistants use to reach live services. When somebody asks an assistant for a physiotherapist near them, it can present real appointments and a booking link for your clinic, rather than quoting your opening hours and phone number. Every listed clinic is included, with nothing to set up on your side.

No. To keep things simple and consistent for patients, every clinic on MediMo has the same policy: cancellations more than 24 hours before the appointment are refunded in full; cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments are not.

Most patients pay when they book. MediMo uses Stripe Connect to split the fee at the moment of payment, so your share reaches you straight away with no invoicing or chasing.
For insured bookings with no payment at checkout, a £10 invoice is issued to your clinic after the appointment is confirmed.

You get an email for each one, and MediMo bookings are labelled in your diary. Your MediMo dashboard also has a Bookings page with your full booking history and analytics, so you can see exactly what MediMo is doing for you.

Yes, any time. Pause your listing and reactivate it when you are ready, or delete your profile permanently (which removes your account history and data).
