Wes is brilliant. I was in a lot of pain and could not understand why. Wes quickly identified the problem and has put me in shape with no pushy sales or package pricing. I highly recommend Oak Heath and Wes. Thank you!

I had been experiencing lower back pain and stiffness for several months before going to Wes and it was really affecting my day to day activities. Wes was great, he did a thorough initial assessment and carefully explained what he thought was going on. After a few sessions, which included some exercises and manipulations as well as programme of exercises to do between sessions, the pain had gone and full movement had restored. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Wes worked wonders on my sciatic area. 100% recovery, it's been a month and I've not felt any pain since and now back to normal. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Thanks again

Wes is absolutely fabulous, the positive reviews do not do him justice, he is more than 5 stars. I pulled my hamstring whilst weight training 2 years ago, a grade 3 tear so not enough damage in order for the medics to make a surgery requirement decision. Having been seen by 3 GPs, 5 physios, a hospital consultant and having a MRI scan they all said the same, take a few painkillers and we cannot do anything else. I was crippled with pain from my hamstring and sciatica, I could barely walk or drive. I was advised to see Wes, after the first session my sciatica pain was almost gone and I could walk again for more than 2 yards without any pain. After the second session almost 50% of my pain was gone. After the third session, 70% of the pain was gone. I can now drive for more than an hour, walk for 20 minutes, wash my feet and tie my shoe laces. I should have seen him in first place instead of wasting my time with the medics. Definitely recommend Wes, he has extensive knowledge about the human body in a holistic manner, his professionalism, his kind mannerism and his magic hands.

I really like Wes' non-nonsense, holistic style and it has resulted in the successful resolution of my issue. Having never visited an osteopath before I had imagined that I would visit, have some treatment, it would solve the issue and then off I'd go. Wes is better than that. He talks through the issue, examines you, then starts from the basics (looking to cure the root cause rather than just remove the immediate problem), explains the plan and then on with the treatment. Everything is explained in plain English, he's very flexible and he makes you very comfortable. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him.

I’m Wes Tubb, the founder of Oak Health Osteopathy in Cheadle Hulme.

Before qualifying as an osteopath, I worked for several years as a personal trainer, helping clients improve their fitness, movement, and overall health. That background gave me a deep appreciation for how the body works—and how pain or injury can hold people back from doing what they love.

I went on to train as an osteopath to better understand the clinical side of pain and recovery. Now, I combine hands-on osteopathic treatment with movement-based rehab and practical advice to get people out of pain and back to doing the things that matter—whether that’s lifting better, walking further, or hitting a smoother golf swing.

I’m also a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified practitioner, which means I specialise in treating golf-related injuries and helping players improve their performance through better movement.

My approach is simple: assess how your body moves, bring balance to the entire body, and give you the tools to stay feeling strong, mobile, and pain-free.
