Led by Wes Tubb, a fully registered osteopath with a background in hands-on care and movement-based rehab, the clinic offers expert treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including:
Lower back pain
Neck pain
Joint and muscle injuries
Tendon-related pain (Achilles, heel, shoulder, elbow)
We also specialise in Shockwave Therapy—a powerful, non-invasive treatment for chronic tendon issues that haven’t responded to rest or rehab alone.
For golfers, Oak Health is proud to run a dedicated Golf Injury Clinic, combining osteopathy, shockwave, and TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) screening to treat golf-specific injuries and help players move and perform at their best.
Whether you’re a busy professional, an active retiree, a runner, or a weekend golfer, we’ll tailor your treatment to your needs—focusing not just on where it hurts, but on how your whole body moves.
Services We Offer:
- Osteopathy for pain relief and movement restoration
- Shockwave therapy for chronic tendon pain
- TPI-certified golf injury assessments and rehab
- Bespoke rehab and movement plans

Wes Tubb
I’m Wes Tubb, the founder of Oak Health Osteopathy in Cheadle Hulme.
Before qualifying as an osteopath, I worked for several years as a personal trainer, helping clients improve their fitness, movement, and overall health. That background gave me a deep appreciation for how the body works—and how pain or injury can hold people back from doing what they love.
I went on to train as an osteopath to better understand the clinical side of pain and recovery. Now, I combine hands-on osteopathic treatment with movement-based rehab and practical advice to get people out of pain and back to doing the things that matter—whether that’s lifting better, walking further, or hitting a smoother golf swing.
I’m also a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified practitioner, which means I specialise in treating golf-related injuries and helping players improve their performance through better movement.
My approach is simple: assess how your body moves, bring balance to the entire body, and give you the tools to stay feeling strong, mobile, and pain-free.
