I worked online with Sam to help with a running injury. He was great with listening to what issues I was having and created a plan individual to these. He was great at giving feedback on my form and adapted my plan with different exercises when needed. Sam is super friendly and approachable and always answered any questions I had! He has an insane amount of knowledge and I would recommend him to anyone struggling with injury!

Sam is hands down the best at what he does. From the rehabilitation of my injuries to creating and overseeing a plan that got me a great time at my last half marathon, he’s fantastic! If you have a specific training goal or your body needs fixing, Sam’s your guy.

Awesome! Sam got highly recommended to me by a friend. Started the journey with a meniscus injury, limping, struggled to walk upstairs. Sam structured the plan to work around this, had me running again after 6 weeks. What can I say about the strength training? Wow the difference is night and day could see development fairly quickly. Initially I wanted to be stronger and reduce injuries doing about 10 miles a week, well that went out the window just done my first marathon 3:50! The confidence and belief the strength training gave me encouraged me to keep upping the distances. Can’t thank Sam enough, my times and PB’s have exceeded my expectations, he’s made me hungry for more. Sam I can’t thank you enough mate, I will keep in touch.

I’ve been seeing Mica for physiotherapy after a knee injury, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and support I’ve received. From day one, she took the time to really understand my situation and built a personalised rehabilitation plan that’s helped me regain strength and confidence in my knee. Mica is incredibly knowledgeable and patient — she explains every exercise clearly and makes sure I’m doing them safely and effectively. What stands out most is her genuine passion for helping people recover; she motivates you just the right amount and celebrates every bit of progress with you. Thanks to her guidance, my knee feels stronger than it has in a long time, and I’m finally getting back to the activities I enjoy. I highly recommend Mica to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and skilled physiotherapist!

I done 4 weeks of this programme coming in with ITB / hip mobility and calf issues. Sam created a programme that targeted all of these areas and I found such a big improvement in my legs and the strength. My form improved hugely and felt such a difference when doing the exercises once I had perfected my form with Sam’s tips! He was always so helpful with any questions or doubts I had and was a pleasure to work with, such a great coach and definitely recommend it 😊

With a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Salford and a background as a professional dancer, I bring a unique blend of clinical knowledge and personal experience to my physiotherapy practice. My own journey through injury and recovery sparked a deep interest in rehabilitation, strength, and functional movement.

Transitioning into CrossFit further expanded my understanding of the physical demands placed on the body, giving me first-hand insight into the injuries, mobility challenges, and strength requirements involved in high-performance fitness. I am passionate about helping others recover, build resilience, and move better - whether they’re athletes, performers, or anyone striving to improve their physical health.

He has experience treating a huge variety of chronic and acute conditions, Jack integrates evidence based practice with a holistic approach to physiotherapy to ensure clients receive comprehensive physiotherapy.

Alongside this, Jack is a Marathon Runner and soon to be Ultra Runner, he plays football, golf, padel, and balances these activities with strength and mobility training

I graduated with a masters degree in physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan university and started my career in the NHS. During my junior rotations, I built a strong passion for improving people's function, mobility and pain. At present I work as a clinical specialist MSK physiotherapist alongside SJC. This has provided me with a range of experience working with paediatrics to the elderly as well as acute and chronic conditions.

Through my education, experience and keen involvement in running, CrossFit and football I have built a wealth of understanding in the management and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries for all ages, abilities and backgrounds.

I love the time, space and facilities SJC provides me with, enhancing my ability to help individuals move and perform better.
