  I went to Active Physio in Whitefield for a nerve injury to my neck from playing sport, which caused numbness to my arm and fingers. From the first assessment, Richard was brilliant. I found him to be extremely professional, insightful and very knowledgeable. There were times where I thought I would never recover, but thanks to him, I walked away 10 weeks later pain free and back to playing sport. I would not dream of going anywhere else in the future and highly recommend him to anyone.

  Wonderful service and treatment from Stelios. All the staff are always pleasant and professional on each visit. Stelios gave excellent advice, treatment and encouragement in each session and ultimately helped heal and strengthen a shoulder problem that had been bothering me for months.   I want to say a massive thank you to the team at Active Physiotherapy who offer a friendly, first class service all round from start to finish. Went for treatment due to suffering from severe plantar fasciitis. At times it felt like it was never going to heal, however Stelios showed empathy and was always positive and reassured me that it would get better. Treatment was a combination of massage and informative sessions in the Total Fitness Gym. Today I am pain free and stronger and hoping to stay that way by continuing with the excellent, strength exercising programme that Stelios has put together for me which I am able to access on the useful portal with video guidance. Feeling fitter, healthier & happy and will definitely be continuing in the gym. Would 100% recommend Active Physiotherapy and will miss my weekly footy chats with Stelios & Jo.

Established in 2005, Active Physiotherapy has been helping people from across the Bolton and Bury area recover from pain, sports injuries and surgical operations for many years. We make your goals our goals and pride ourselves in being the friendliest, most knowledgeable and highly regarded physiotherapy clinics in the area.
