Drawing on her experience in rugby and a lifelong background in martial arts, Rachael has a strong interest in sports biomechanics and is passionate about helping people recover from injury, move better, and return confidently to the activities they enjoy.

    Have had treatment from Abi in the past with excellent outcomes. Have recently been treated by Stuart who has made a great improvement and now have a fully functional shoulder, probably better than before I damaged it. Treatment explanations clear and concise, and the follow up exercise regime has been very effective.
