  Alex Hollingworth

  Alex has been working as a Physiotherapist for over 7 years, and has recently completed her MSc in Veterinary Physiotherapy. She has gained most of her experience in adult MSK, with a special interest in managing chronic pain. She has also worked in a variety of settings including intensive care, respiratory, surgical, medicine and orthopaedics.
  
  Alex is a certified APPI Pilates instructor and runs the Monday classes at Bodyworks.

  Tom is a Physiotherapist with a MSc. I have experience in Adult MSK, elderly and frailty physiotherapy, and Certified APPI level 2 Pilates Instructor.
  
  He has worked as a Sports Rehabilitator before becoming a Physiotherapist in 2025, and have worked within a variety of settings including sports environments, adult MSK and an acute frailty ward.
  
  I also coach children's gymnastics classes and am a keen fitness enthusiast including gym training and martial arts.

  Aimee has recently finished her physiotherapy degree at Manchester Metropolitan University awaiting HCPC registration.
  
  She is a qualified Level 4 sports massage therapist and has a love for all types of running (especially in the fells) and strength training.
  
  Aimee previously worked as a personal trainer and taught multiple fitness classes including spinning, circuit training, legs, bums and tums, box fit and beginners Pilates before starting up her own business as a seamstress and curtain maker.
  
  Aimee’s love for exercise and activity has been supported by physiotherapy
  intervention, she loves working with people and is passionate about helping others stay active, reduce pain and staying independent.

  I booked in with Tom for physio after injuring my back. He was really approachable and thorough in assessing the injury, gave fantastic treatment during the physio appointments, and gave a plan of exercises that have helped me get back to normal activity and pain free. I would highly recommend BodyWorks!

  Been attending pilates classes for 6 months now, really enjoyable and the right amount of difficulty. Anna makes the class fun but challenging. I can definitely see a difference and the difference the classes make to others. Highly recommended
