We are passionate about helping people recover from any pain or injury in the most complete way.
Our goal is to enable you to become the best you that you are able to be, taking part in all the things you love doing, without restriction or pain.
When you come for treatment, we deal with your pain first, to make you comfortable. Then we can work on fixing the underlying problem(s) to prevent the pain returning.
We deal with all ages and any problem from headaches to ankle sprains, neck pain to knee pain, frozen shoulders to stiff hips and everything in between.

    Rose has been extremely helpful with treating my muscle/leg spasms and has been thoroughly professional and friendly throughout. Also Alex was very thorough and very beneficial to helping our Baby Daughter earlier this year.

    Alex was fantastic with my son Gus, we took him for treatment at 6 weeks old and he’s now a much happier 10 week old baby after his course of treatments. Improved reflux and digestion, tension released and much less fussy. The tears have massively reduced. Rose also did a treatment and she was fab too. Thanks both!

    I sought the help Bolton Osteopathic Clinic on advice of friend after being forwarded by my GP to the Royal Bolton Hospital, Orthopedic dept in early December! Having been eventually diagnosed with sciatica in August, told that no appointments were available to contact in February! I did and was informed the waiting list was approaching 12 months! Between November and February I was unable to walk and on very strong painkillers. Not pleasant. I attended the Clinic on 28th March, I was immediately put at ease by Alex Wood, who appraised my condition and background. With every encouragement I was given a treatment plan, which I followed through 6 further visits with Alex and Rose, I can now walk upright without the aid of a walking stick. Treatment has been thorough, with an easy exercise plan to follow up now with occasional visits to follow progress over the next few months. I just need to get fit again! As for the NHS they now have time catch up without me. Thank you for a great intervention that has boosted me no end. Superb treatment.

    We sought an Osteopath for our 6 month old daughter as she had feeding difficulties and a flat head. We met with Alex and booked a block of sessions and the results were pretty quick! He’s really knowledgeable and is great with babies, my daughter was very content during her sessions. We’d highly recommend Alex and will certainly I go back should we need to in the future!

    I found Bolton osteopath through late night googling after many sleepless nights with an unsettled ‘refluxy’ baby. After a course of sessions with Alex I can say with confidence that we have a changed baby who is much more settled and calm during wake periods, sleeping for longer stretches and generally a lot happier than before we first started treatment. I couldn’t recommend the clinic and osteopathy for babies more highly - Alex is a baby whisperer! Thank you so much for the help & reassurance during what would otherwise have been a challenging time with a newborn.
