When you come for treatment, we deal with your pain first, to make you comfortable. Then we can work on fixing the underlying problem(s) to prevent the pain returning.
We deal with all ages and any problem from headaches to ankle sprains, neck pain to knee pain, frozen shoulders to stiff hips and everything in between.

Passionate about mending people and keeping them healthy, Alex uses the fantastic philosophy of osteopathy for relieving pain and improving mobility and then offers Dynamic Movement Skills training to maintain good health.
Never content to stay still in what he is doing, Alex is always learning more, furthering his knowledge and professional skills and striving to be the best in whatever he does.
