  Nico Nyemba is a Senior Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a specialist interest in lower limb rehabilitation, particularly ACL rehabilitation, knee injuries, and post-surgical recovery. With degrees in both Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy, alongside experience across the NHS, private practice, rugby, and football, Nico combines evidence-based treatment with a deep understanding of sporting performance and rehabilitation.
  
  As a former international rugby player currently undertaking a Masters in Sport and Exercise Medicine, he is passionate about helping patients and athletes recover confidently and return to peak performance.

  Carter and George diagnosed my AC joint and rotator cuff injury very quickly after a nasty skiing accident. A treatment plan was put in place immediately to get me back to full fitness.

  The staff were excellent and so helpful with my shoulder injury. They were so professional and diagnosed the issue straight away. Hopefully I don’t have any further injuries but if I do, I will certainly come back to Carter & George Hale. Thanks all!
