I have had Physiotherapy with Tia for a few months now for a compressed nerve from my neck down to my hand. The treatments have been a mixture of exercises and hands on treatment. Tia is very knowledgeable in all areas and I can happily say I’m 90-95% better. She understands the training I do and gives me guidance on how to strengthen areas, also providing other options if some bring on the pain. I’m confident that I will be fit for my HYROX in 9 weeks time 😁
