    Felicity Thow is an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2009 and holds a Postgraduate Diploma with Distinction in Pain Management from Cardiff University. Having worked in both the NHS and private practice in the UK and New Zealand, she has extensive experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and persistent pain. Felicity has supported athletes across rugby, cricket, and netball, and contributed to the Flippin' Pain public health campaign. With a particular passion for chronic pain management, she combines evidence-based treatment, education, and personalised rehabilitation to help patients understand their pain, regain confidence, and return to doing what they love.
