I had my first physiotherapy session with James, and I left feeling really confident that I’ll be back to running three times a week without any pain. James took the time to understand both my goals and the issues with my ankle. He explained everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the treatment plan. He also gave me recommendations to work on before my next session and arranged for me to see the senior physiotherapist, Olivia, so we have a clear plan and goals moving forward. I’m feeling very positive about my recovery and would definitely recommend James and the team.
