Fantastic service from a very professional physio. After just a few sessions I could feel the improvement in my neck and by the time I had completed my course it had completely healed and feels brand new. Highly recommend

I had suffered with pain in both knees for several months that was affecting my ability to run, walk upstairs and sleep. I had seen multiple people about this including some who had offered to provide expensive exercise programmes to resolve my knee issues. Within 10 minutes of my first session Sam diagnosed that my issues were actually coming from historical ankle injuries. He prescribed a series of stretches and ankle exercises that within a month or two had really helped to resolve my pain and allowed me to walk upstairs, run and train without discomfort.

I saw Sam for a niggling knee injury, he was great at identifying the cause and prescribing me stretches and exercise to recover my knee, and it did the job! He was also really knowledgeable and understanding! Will deffo see him again for any future injuries, but hope I don't need to! 🤘

Sam has been really engaged with my treatment. He’s made sure I understand what the problems are, and how to carry out the exercises to improve things. On top of being really communicative, he’s really reassuring and has a good manner which puts you at ease.

Sam is very friendly and professional. After a few treatments alongside the exercises he gave me to do at home I saw a huge improvement. I would highly recommend him. Thanks again Sam!

In 2013, I graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in physiotherapy. Over the years, I have deepened my theoretical knowledge and gained extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of conditions, from ankle sprains to chronic lower back pain.
Alongside working in private practice, I work for the NHS in primary care - working closely with consultants, GPs and other allied health professionals.
I have a passion for sports and keen interest in treating sports injuries. Furthermore, I have a wealth of experience looking after patient post-surgery from ACL repairs to joint replacement surgery.
My dedication towards each patient and the breadth of my assessment and treatment techniques perfectly equips individuals towards recovery.
