Our goal is to enable you to become the best you that you are able to be, taking part in all the things you love doing, without restriction or pain.
When you come for treatment, we deal with your pain first, to make you comfortable. Then we can work on fixing the underlying problem(s) to prevent the pain returning.
We deal with all ages and any problem from headaches to ankle sprains, neck pain to knee pain, frozen shoulders to stiff hips and everything in between.

We've been able to tackle my headaches incredibly well within the 5 sessions we've had so far. Slowly able to space them out more. I can only recommend Alex to everyone. If you have an issue that is impacting your daily life, go for a consultation - it has been an absolute game changer for me and has given me my daily joy of life back :) (sounds dramatic, but so true).
