  I reached out to a friend of mine from padel Joshua, he said he’d be able to get me sorted right out! I literally had no mobility in my elbow which prevented me from playing padel I believed it was tennis/golf elbow when I went down they told me it was a loose body & they worked on my arm the treatment & exercises they done on my elbow after the first session I felt like a new man I instantly had way more mobility & strength in my arm I went to my follow on session the following week after that session that was it I was right back to it! It felt like the injury never existed I would highly recommend this physio clinic most definitely 1000/10 for me!

  I can’t recommend Mind and Motion highly enough. Alexandra Cooke was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and she immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. I attended four appointments for treatment following a whiplash injury, and Alexandra made a real difference to my recovery. The exercises she gave me were easy to follow and helped considerably with the pain and movement in my neck. Thank you, Alexandra, for all your help and support.

  I recently had five sessions of physio with Alexandra at Mind & Motion. I found her knowledgable and patient in listening to my needs and making the appropriate advice on exercises to follow at home. This has helped to alleviate the pains and discomfort I had before attending physiotherapy.
