Your initial assessment is split into two visits so we can get a clear understanding of your health and explain everything thoroughly:
Appointment 1: Initial Examination (with X-rays if clinically required)

✔️ Comprehensive physical examination (including X-rays if clinically required)
✔️ Begin identifying what may be contributing to your problem
Appointment 2: Report of Findings
✔️ Clear explanation of what’s affecting your health
✔️ Time to ask any questions you may have
✔️ A personalised plan outlining the best way forward
After these two appointments, you’ll know:
Whether we can help
How long it may take
What the costs will be
If you wish to begin care at your Report of Findings, there will be time for treatment on the day (this carries a separate cost).

When I arrived Duncan and the practice was very welcoming and I was impressed with how equipped practice was. During the first appointment, I was given a full assessment and x-ray to determine the underlying cause - then over the next few weeks, following the outlined plan, the adjustment appointments achieved exactly what was needed. When my treatment finished I was no longer in pain and could comfortably get through each day. I found the treatment not only addresses the immediate issue but also made me aware of how much correct posture and strong core effects my whole body. More recently I returned and booked my son in for treatment with Duncan, he’s immediately in less pain and is partway through his treatment plan. I would 100% recommend Optimum Chiropractic to everybody.

The thing I would say to potential patients is don't expect things to heal from your first visit. Duncan is very skilled, and consistent with his treatments, and you need to go for a course to see tangible results.
