  Highly recommend Sheffield Physiotherapy. I like that they offer a free initial online consultation, which I had with Sujay, where he listened to my issues and suggested treatment. I'm so happy with the results. I was in a lot of pain with TMJ issues and Sujay suggested a combination of laser, acupuncture, and daily jaw and neck exercises. I honestly can't believe how much the treatment helped and how quickly too. I think I'd still be in a lot of pain without the laser and acupuncture treatment. I liked how Sujay explained how the treatments work. Sujay has a calming and empathetic manner, which meant that I felt very at ease throughout the treatment. I would definitely go back for any future physio requirements.

  I can highly recommend Sheffield Physiotherapy. They provide a professional and efficient service in a comfortable environment. Sujay was welcoming and listened carefully to my description of my problems and was able to offer a range of treatments during the appointment as well as access to exercises for me to do at home. This all helped me make a steady and good recovery.

  with Lewis at Sheffield Physiotherapy I honestly don’t know where I’d be without Lewis and the team at Sheffield Physiotherapy. When I was diagnosed with an L4/L5 disc bulge, my whole life flipped. The pain was constant — a deep, stabbing ache in my lower back with sharp nerve pain travelling down my leg. I couldn’t sleep properly, couldn’t get comfortable, and even the simplest things felt impossible. It drained me physically and mentally. I’d tried everything before coming here… physio elsewhere, stretching, medication, rest. Nothing was giving me real relief. I walked into Sheffield Physiotherapy feeling defeated. Then I met Lewis, who genuinely took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and reassure me that there was a way forward. He recommended IDD Therapy, and from the very first few sessions, something changed. The treatment was gentle and controlled, and for the first time in months, I didn’t feel scared of the pain.   This clinic has genuinely helped me overcome my lower back issues through IDD Therapy. It was my first experience with this type of treatment, and I started noticing improvements after just the 3 session. By the 12 session, the pain was completely gone. I’d also like to mention Lewis, who explained my condition clearly and simply, and provided an effective treatment plan. If like me you’ve been to several physiotherapists who only suggested doing exercises for years and taking painkillers, but you’re looking for real and fast results I can definitely recommend coming here.
