  I have been visiting Paul regularly for chiropractic treatments and exercise/lifestyle advice over the past few years. After every treatment session, I walk away feeling lighter and more free in my movement. Paul is also an excellent listener and counsellor and so I benefit in both body and mind from his sessions! I would highly recommend!

  Paul is a genius! He finds pain spots on my body I didn't know I had and releases tensions before they cause problems. He has kept me mobile and encouraged me to run again (I'm now 72). I really enjoy my sessions with Paul; I grunt, and we laugh a lot!

  I haven't been to see Paul for a few years now but was greeted like an old friend. He has a very holistic approach, and seems to incorporate knowledge of a number of related disciplines. For me, his knowledge of yoga helps me to follow up with exercise - which is probably why I haven't had to visit for so long! I totally trust in his extensive knowledge and experience and there is never any pressure to book a full course of treatment. Options are given and then I can decide as and when as to how to proceed. As you may have gathered... I thoroughly recommend!!

  If you have any doubts. Don't. It can be a matter of almost forensic investigation (I suspect it depends what is wrong), but Paul will get to the bottom of it, or know how to alleviate any pain or nagging injury. It's so good to have someone who will take the time and really wants to make you better. I like another of the reviewers think of him as a magician.
