Follow Up Treatment

A follow up treatment session where your Therapist will reassess how you're progressing, and then continue treatment, and progress your exercises if required. If you have not had an initial assessment with one of our Therapists within the last 6 months, please book one in. This is a follow up session only. -
Initial Assessment
60 minutes

In this Initial Assessment, your Therapist will complete a detailed assessment, before providing you with a diagnosis and explaining exactly what the problem is. They will then start treatment, and give any advice, and education including any exercises that will benefit you. You'll leave the session with a full plan for how to relieve your pain.

Having worked in elite sport in Football and Athletics, as well as private practices, he has a massive amount of experience in assessing and treating injuries. He has advanced assessment, diagnosis and treatment skills and loves educating his patients to make sure they understand exactly what is happening and how the condition can be improved.
