I was very impressed with the initial thorough examination and diagnosis by Keith. The exercises he gave me got my recovery underway. Tessa then took over, and she continued the professional and attentive approach to my continued improvement. The exercises she gave me led to significant approval within a month which has given me back the quality of life that I was hoping for. Both physios were really friendly, answered all my questions and very knowledgeable. Along with the lovely receptionist, they gave me an excellent experience and I would recommend them all highly. You'll be in excellent hands, just do your exercises! 😄

After being referred to True Physio after a knee injury, I was delighted with the treatment received. Highly professional and knowledgable staff, they addressed my issues, and after a few sessions and a set of exercises to do between sessions, and after the course of treatment, my knee is now very nearly back to how it was before.

I have been to several chiropractor and physiotherapists over many years and none of them have been able to really understand the issue with my lower back and give me a standard treatment. Keith was excellent, really listened and after 4 sessions resolved my issue. I was also given great exercises to conduct at home to stave off any re-occurance. Very professional and great service from Keith. Thank you.

I went to true physio carrying a pretty severe neck sprain which was giving me a lot of pain in the neck and constant secondary pain in my back and shoulder. I was in agony with it tbh. After explaining my situation true physio got me booked in within 24 hours with Ebuka (C.J.) who assessed my injury and worked with me over about 6 visits and devised a plan of rehabilitation involving massage and exercise. His friendly manner, excellent listening skills and his ability to understand and assess my pain and explain to me what was required to improve my situation has contributed massively to me making an almost complete recovery in around 6 weeks. I now feel pretty much back to normal thanks to his advice and cannot thank him enough for his help.

I want to thank Keith at True Physio, Lancaster. I went to see him in February after sustaining a knee injury whilst skiing. I was in the middle of my training for Manchester Marathon and was worried I may not make it due to the pain. Keith was very helpful and thorough. He gave me a management plan and reassured me I could make it. I did and completed it in 4 hrs 26 mins. My one and only Marathon at the age of 58. No pain in my knee today. Thanks Keith.
