Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring! I can’t thank John enough for his care and expertise. After suffering with foot / ankle pain for some months, he took time to understand the problem, explained the treatment plan clearly and adjusted it as I progressed. The exercises were practical and effective and I've regained full mobility. The clinic is welcoming, appointments always run on time and I’ve seen real results. I’d recommend True Physio to anyone needing physiotherapy.

I recently suspected that I had ruptured my Achilles tendon by dancing to Madness at a party. In some considerable pain the next day I contacted Rick Carter at True Physio for an urgent assessment and he was able to schedule me in that afternoon. Rick was excellent in his assessment of the injury and carried out a Thompson test which he videoed. I followed his strong advice to go to A&E that evening and the video proved very useful to the junior doctor I eventually saw and also the subsequent orthopaedic consultant some days later. I now look forward to Rick and True Physio helping me with towards a full recovery with their expert knowledge.

Referred via my employer and the response, service and engagement was brilliant. Sessions arranged with ease and made me aware of treatment plan and exercises to do in between each session. Made me feel at ease and relaxed about having deep tissue massage as I had never had this before.
