  In this Initial Assessment, your Therapist will complete a detailed assessment, before providing you with a diagnosis and explaining exactly what the problem is. They will then start treatment, and give any advice, and education including any exercises that will benefit you. You'll leave the session with a full plan for how to relieve your pain.

  A follow up treatment session where your Therapist will reassess how you're progressing, and then continue treatment, and progress your exercises if required. If you have not had an initial assessment with one of our Therapists within the last 6 months, please book one in. This is a follow up session only.

  Lucy completed her MSci Physiotherapy degree at the University of Birmingham, gaining experience across NHS rehabilitation, MSK, orthopaedics, neurology and community physiotherapy.
  
  Alongside her clinical placements, Lucy has developed extensive experience in sports physiotherapy, including placements with Northampton Saints and Sale Sharks. Her experience includes injury assessment, concussion assessment, rehabilitation, return-to-sport planning and soft tissue therapy.

  I have had a number of sessions with Tom over the last few months to help ease sciatic pain. The physio and exercises have completely stopped the pain and sciatic episodes. The communication from Tom and all the team was excellent! I would highly recommend True Physio. Thanks

  I saw Caitlin at Sale a few years ago (after Tina left) but never did a review. I’ve had cause to visit Shan and have seen Caitlin. She is super professional and is wise beyond her years. She is very easy to chat to and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. A credit to True Physio

  I saw Caitlin last evening regarding hip pain. She was very thorough in her history taking and examination. She treated me with deep massage and instructed me in exercises to do until I see her next week. I felt very reassured. Caitlin was very professional and approachable. Would highly recommend.

  I had sessions with Tom for hip pain and on going foot pain. He was very professional and listened to me before giving me a set of strengthening and stretches each week. He would send me the plan of exercises after each visit and we would then review and try new ones in the gym they have which really helped along with advice going forward. Ive had physio from other places in the past and this place have definitely outshone these ones, as Tom was focused and on the ball with the plan. I would definitely recommend Tom and the reception team were always very friendly when I entered. Especially Claire as she would always take a few minutes out of her busy day to ask how I was getting on. Thankyou True Physio!

  Had 2 sessions with Tom for a tendon in my foot, just before my half marathon a couple of months ago. So helpful and gave me lots of effective exercises. Very much appreciated, and I’ve been pain-free since.

Our Sale physiotherapy clinic is a professional and welcoming clinic space. With our state of the art interactive whiteboards that we use to help our patients really understand their condition and what can be done to help them and a full rehabilitation gym, we have everything we need to help you. There’s ample parking and disabled access and everything is on the ground floor.

Our physiotherapists in Sale have extensive experience working in private practice and are HCPC registered and chartered.
