Playing football I damaged my MCL and popliteus muscle and was struggling with basic day to day movements. For my sessions I had Courtney and she was absolutely brilliant. She helped me to understand my injury and the best way for me to progress. In 3 sessions I have seen great results. I followed the plan Courtney set me and it has worked wonders

I recently broke my wrist, and my employer made a referral for physio. My session was with a young lady called Courtney Bancroft she was absolutely brilliant at her job made me feel very comfortable and she was very professional. She went above and beyond her role and when I emailed her she would reply straight away regardless of the time even at weekend. Her massages are to due for

I've been having back pain that's been bothering me for a while and has prevented me from running. I booked an appointment with Jason which was really easy to do. After an initial assessment and having been given some exercises to do it's only taken around 2/3 weeks to see a massive improvement and I'm quite literally back up and running again. I'd highly recommend seeing them, Jason has been great.

Jason has been wonderful with the physio I've received for my wrist. He explained why he was doing the exercises and the benefits I would get if I did them regularly. I have seen such an improvement in the movement in my wrist and Jason gave me the confidence to use my wrist more as I was worried I would break it again. Lovely person

True Physio gave me an appointment quickly and I was in clinic the following day. Jason quickly assessed me and diagnosed rotator cuff injury. I felt much better after each of the four sessions and used the exercises in between sessions. I had 100% confidence in the advice I was given and would recommend True Physio to everyone. I'm now back at the gym and following Jason's recommendations. Thank you.
